What do you think are some often, over looked, excellent westerns? Do not post Unforgiven, Josey Wales, or Tombstone haha. For me it is The Red Headed Stranger. This movie to me is 10 out of 10 stars. It has it all. A great plot, emotional, good acting, and just overall well done. The way it weaves through the beginnings with hope then followed by complete loss. Moving to a state of giving up and killing, working all the way back to finishing what was started and redemption. I hadn't watched it in 6 years. The last person I watched it with has passed away and he loved it the same. Wished I could watch one more time with him. When he runs the bay off at the end and you just think "he's finally finished with his pain and can let it go." "It was the time of the preacher In the year of O one. And just when you think it's over. It's only begun." So what's some over looked westerns, or really, movies in general?
