Ted Greene... He had a complete mastery over the guitar and was able to play any genre seamlessly as he wished. His love for the Telecaster is well documented in interviews. He said after hearing his friend, he had to get one somehow, and he kept it till he died. "Genius" for sure.

We would be remiss for forgetting Jason Isbell. While maybe not as associated with the tele as other players, they're a big part of his sound and he just dropped a killer album.
He might not have playe the Les Paul and Stratocaster if Seymour Duncan hadn't made off with his Tele.
