    Hello All

And here we go with a little different nominee.

who do you feel has contributed most to the Telecaster and the recognition it ?
who do you feel is the person you think of as soon as you think about a telecaster ?
who do you feel has done the most in time that should be elected for this ?

you can enter players/builders/luthiers - it's not limited to players !

Official : TDPRI - Telecaster Lifetime achievement award

At the end of the year we are going to present the person with a certificate of appreciation, in case of a posthumous achievement we wil try to get it to the family if we can get a hold of them.

as the other thread here are the rules

    - Make a post, the first entry MUST be the name of the nominee in bold ( will be easier to sort out things later ) one artist per post !! you may add a picture or video
    - you can nominee more than one player, but you can nominee one artist once.
    - you can discuss but we like to keep it "light"

    Have fun !!

    edit: changed "prize" in "award"

Mick was a huge influence on a great many British bands. He was a member of the first triumvirate of British guitarists to be regarded as 'guitar heroes', along with Hank Marvin and Joe Moretti.

I think Roy Buchanan was the greatest Tele player- heck, even the greatest guitar player ever. But when I think about the whole package and longevity and all the contributions, Marty Stuart comes immediately to mind.

When you say "first entry," do you mean first words in the post?
