I watched part of a thursday night game the clarity of the image was hotcha.
given the amount of time I watch most of the time was devoted to advertising, continuously interrupting the flow of game play. I'm not talking about half time.
To the media industry we are "AD-MAS" the audience is viewed as the fodder for advertising, paying to be advertised to, oh boy! sign me up!o_O the all you can stomach nfl makes me sick. you see I grew up watching football all day sunday for free without advertisers taking over the game. and yes Johnny Unitas and Ray Berry were playing then big daddy Lipscomb came down on Y.A Title and knocked out all his front teeth (pre face bar football) so I do know the difference, then, now, grrrrrrr!o_O

Baker Mayfield looks like Brees and Romo combined. He’s going to be a good one!

Josh Gordon as a patriot, well, I’ll believe it when I see it. Remember some of the other troubled people the Pats have had? Aaron Hernandez? Being a winning team doesn’t mean you can work miracles with people.

    Mayfield post game comments:

That's the kind of class I like to see from a QB. Polar opposite of "Johnny Football."

I was there. They still need to fire Hue Jackson. How he picked Taylor over Mayfield to begin with is anybody’s guess, but everybody but him knew it was a huge mistake, and now there’s no denying it. When Mayfield came into the game last night it wasn’t just like watching a different QB, or a different game. It was like watching a whole different sport being played. The kid has the goods, and then some.

Now if the defense can learn to stop the run, and stop missing tackles like they’re getting paid for it, the Browns can do this. For real.

Sounds like the Coach still wants to start Taylor next week.
Hmm. I know Mayfield is a rookie, but, I think he may
come in early next week., hope.

I'm not exactly a Browns fan but that win made me very happy. Good for Cleveland and it's fans, that's got to feel like a relief.

Good for the Browns. We'll see how Mayfield does after there are a few game tapes on him and the league adjusts but hopefully he can keep this up.

Browns play again on Sunday. I can’t see Taylor being cleared to play by then if he really has a concussion.

I really hope Hue isn’t dumb enough to keep starting Taylor. He can’t lead the team, and he’s a chump QB. He’s proven it. The Browns head coach already is at zero faith with the city. He’s one of the most maligned people in this town. If he keeps starting Taylor, they may actually crucify him.

I know its only one game but Baker Mayfield played a heck of a game. Quick reads, accurate passes, and athletic plays. I'm a Niner fan but I'm glad to see the Browns prospects looking up (it might be different if they were in my division).

I stayed awake until 5am, to see the Browns win! The last time that happened, I was still working for a living, so that would have been unwise. :D

Fantastic, mature debut, by the rookie QB and four quarters of proper defence!

I loathe ties, negates the entire point of competition.

Any predictions for Philly today, specifically Carson Wentz?

I want him not to miss a beat, to return with a rushing TD and 4 passing TDs, 400 yards and no INTs haha. But I don't think that's realistic.

I think he'll have some flashes... and Philly will win, but maybe not in dominating fashion.

I'll go Philadelphia 26, Colts 17, with Wentz having a pretty good performance.

The Browns looked terrible. I was laughing. Then the minute Mayfield came in it all changed and they looked like a pro team. That should say something.
