    Loving both your Telecasters!
Double-bound is what I’m looking for too.

my dog is a beagle. So you can imagine how small it is.

if they cost it the same as a Gibson Es330, im back to hunting a vintage Japanese casino.

all i want is better quality than the china made I had. Not speaking for all epi china made, but it was enough for me to look for a better one.

Daphne Blue definitely looks best double-bound. Well done! (And I’ve never met a MIJ Tele or Strat I didn’t like.)

Ive played A LOT.. They were the only choice for me budget-wise to get vintage specs.. I cant afford another AVRI, and even if I find one, it would be priced premium.. which also is still too expensive for me..

Ive yet to find a beat up one which "CAN" serve as another back up, but people who have AVRI seem to be holding onto theirs..

I auditioned 30 teles before getting this one, almost 20 Japanese 62's in various age of vintage and newer ones.. The traditional series models were the latest run of re-issues put out by Fender Japan and its absolutely amazing! Ive almost bought a black 62 from 1985 but I snoozed on it, so I lost.. I was hesitant as I was still anxious if I will find a better one..

this one was bought on the spot, with 5 more traditional 60's tele beside it.. and i played them all side by side to get the best.. and this happened to be the best looking, and best playing one.. and the set up just took it to the next level..
