New Telecaster Day
A 2017 American Professional in Sonic Gray.
Very nice! Congratulations
it's not a classic color, but i like it and think it's a sleeper. flat paint always works.
Great looker. I find that colour very distinctive.
Not flat paint, it’s gloss.
ah word, my bad, i meant "solid"
Beautiful guitar. Enjoy!
Another happy tele owner - 10/10 would read another post like that. But, where?
Peace - Deeve
Very nice indeed.
Jumbo frets on that?
IIRC I bought a newish Am Pro neck for $300 (screaming deal) in Oct but the seller was having a problem with their pay pal acct and the sale ended up cancelled.
Maybe it was an Am Performer, I forget.
Nice guitar there though!
I love that color with a RW neck. It's too bad that they got rid of some of the cool colors from the Am Pro I series on the Am Pro II instead of just adding the cool new colors. And, of course I'm always complaining about how now some colors on come on a maple neck and some only on a RW one, when they should offer all colors with either neck, like they used to on the Am Std series. How hard is it to screw either neck on any color body?
I really wanted the Sonic Grey when I got my Am Pro Strat, but my Fender dealer had CAR in stock, and not Sonic Grey, and I fell in love with it, so I got that instead
Performers have jumbo frets and Yosemite pickups, and Pros have narrow tall frets and V-Mod pickups. I have one of each, and they're the two best Strats I've ever had. The CAR one is the Pro, and the Honeyburst one is the Performer
Congrats and enjoy!
Very nice enjoy yourself
Wow, great color!
Always liked that color.
