I made a thread about this guitar and some advice regarding electronics and such a few weeks ago. Thank you to all who gave me sound advice and recommendations!

Pics to follow as I need to resize them

2002 MIM maple neck
Unknown brand Olympic white body
Unknown brand 3-brass saddle ash tray bridge
Wilkinson WOV vintage Alnico 5 Telecaster pickups from amazon
Ernie Ball Slinkies 10-46
Unknown string tree (maybe it’s stock from 2002?)

It plays amazing and tbh setting up on the 3-saddle bridges wasn’t as hard as I thought it’d be. Intonation is 90% accurate across all strings but I guess it’s about as good as I’ll get it.

The Amazon pickups are surprisingly very bright and throaty. I especially love the sound in position 2. For $40 I can’t complain…

Compensated saddles will get you much closer to intonated, depending on the brand of saddle, string gauge, and instrument specifics. But most of the Telecaster music out there was made with 3 non-compensated saddles, so it's not a bar to making good noises.

The saddles have grooves on them for the strings; unsure if those are compensated saddles but wow, was I surprised when I saw how easily it intonated close to 100%...the difference is not even that noticeable when I play along to tracks or such.

"Gotoh in tune" saddles are incredible! I'm perfectly intonated.
