God, this sounds good. Just putting it all together ahead of my band’s first show this weekend. Went with stuff that I really wanted. Life is too short, and I’m not getting that sports car any time soon, so why not.

Waiting on an OCD to fill in that middle spot on the board, but as I rarely use drive for my band, this is the meat of my new rig. It’s glorious.

DOD 280 - One of my favorite comps. Really adds to the chime. Just enough squish to even things out a bit.

JHS Panther Cub - One of my favorite delays. Very flexible and warm.

Boss RV-5 - Needed a reverb and was replacing my Boss ME-50. Tried a few in a store and ended up right back to Boss. Just does what I need, I have it on Modulate.

Mesa TA-15 - I have it set clean on the Top Boost setting. Yes, it does that hi-fi boutique EL84 thing that I crave from Matchless/Top Hat, etc. Perfect match with my Nashville T, getting the tone I hear in my head. Love it.

Have it going into a Monoprice/Stage Right 1x12 with a Vintage 30. These cabs are steals for the price, just about as good as anything else out there, really. Sounds great, well built.

I think you should try adding a guitar.

Just changed a snapped B-string and haven’t snipped it yet. Apologies in advance to OCD types.

What’s really bugging me is the unsnipped B string end is uncoiled.

Nah, man, that’s a pretty guitar, and congrats on a slick compact rig, and hope your upcoming gig goes well!

Simple, desirable and great sounding rig, no need for additional stuff. Congratulations!

Chicken heads are designed to point down and to the right. Dime it. Enjoy.

Haha, I was going fast during rehearsal and goofed and had it going the wrong way at first. It’s corrected, but yeah, it’s got a kink in it the wrong way.

    And thanks!

Except when there’s a Cut knob, I needs me maximum treble!

Thanks! Transparent orange to be specific, but it does look red more than not to my eyes.

    Hopefully cheaper to maintain, too!

Though, Class A, I’ve heard they eat through tubes, so we’ll see!
