I have owned a Boss BF-2 for many years and while generally happy with it, I never liked the volume bump and the lack of a level/blend knob. While it sounded great on certain tunes, it was too assertive on most.

Solution: Walrus Polychrome! Love it so far. The blend knob is just what the doctor ordered, and it's a lot easier to dial in subtler chorus-like sounds (Andy Summers, James Honeyman Scott, et al)

Sounds cool! I love my BF-2. I am always skeptical about these new manufacturers pedals. I know a lot of them are straight up clones or a boring riff on old boss, Ibanez, MXR, or EH stuff. Nice to hear this may be a useful upgrade.

Walrus pedals are very well made too. Good choice.
