I know, it's one of the oldest guitar effects, but I've never spent time with it before. It adds a lovely texture to your signal.

Nice and simple. That's a cool looking pedal, too.

Handmade in Rochester, NY by a builder named JerroStomps. And simple indeed.

Can't live without it. Took me a long time to understand just the three different Fender amp tremolos.

Well, it seems I've found a new "always on" pedal for clean sounds (the other one I cant't live without is the reverb pedal).

By the way, is the dog in your avatar a French Mastiff?.

Yes! That is Louis. He was such a cool dog. Really playful and loving. He wasn't super big for that breed - I think he was about 120 lbs.

I grew up with a Rottie, so I have a soft spot for all dogs, but especially for the big ones. In the Mastiff group, I've only interacted with English Mastiffs. Lovely and sweet dogs, but make no mistske: at 200+ pounds, they are very capable of protecting you from almost anything!.

I love tremolo. I used not too. I play a lot solo with just a Strat, and the trem adds a lot. I don't leave it on all the time. I do find it gets lost in a live band setting. Sounds wonderful on Vaya con Dios.

    I use a Boss TR-2.

I suppose you need a bright amp and a bright guitar (Tele, Strat) in order to be heard in a band context. Certainly, guitar players in Spaghetti Western scores, with their reverb and tremolo laden sounds, are heard loud and clear.

It's so good that Wampler decided it deserved 2 slots out of the 11 effects on the multi mod pedal - the terraform.

I love it, and with my Princeton's built in trem, that gives me 3.

For rhythm stuff, I find it super useful and fun, especially with a fuzz pedal.

It must be. On "Born on the bayou", John Fogerty uses treomolo and distortion. Killer track and killer tone.

Yeah, with a band, I'd often go to the bridge pickup
