Just got this little guy. It sounds amazing.

I had talked with RetroTeleRod awhile back about it and I finally pulled the trigger as it was on sale.

I'm running two compressors, both optical based. One is more versatile and can do subtle and squish (XTS Fermata), and the Yellow Comp is a great tone sweetener. I could definitely see leaving the Yellow Comp on all the time. It really is a very natural sounding comp to my ears. My first Mooer pedal. I love it so far.

I use it on my board for my solid body mandolin. Keeps the sparkle but keeps control. Love it too.

Love those affordable little things. Never not liked one except I got the acoustic simulator and wasn’t super impressed until I ran my bass through it. Really makes my bass tone pop.

I have mine too for a sweetener. Great little pedal that takes up little space.

…and it fits on your board without adding a second story! Nice collection of pedals you've got there. I use a Wampler Ego in the same way.

Thanks everyone. I really love it. Definitely underrated IMO in my book.

Got one second hand a couple of weeks ago. I have a T-Rex Comp Nova which is nice but takes up too much space on the board.

It really does what I hoped it would do, i e even things out and glue the sound together in a subtle way.

I have mine placed after my Tim OD and before my delay and leave it on all the time.

    Are you a guitarist or a tap-dancer? ;)
I have several of these small pedals....Mooer/Donner/Mosky/Neewer.....they all SEEM to be similar or the same. My only "niggle" is they're so small, I have to be careful not to step on two at the same time. Last Saturday, I went to quickly step on the compressor, and hit the tremolo as well. Added a new dimension to my Love Me Two Times solo.......
