SD-9 + DS-1=DS-9
When the announcement of that pedal came out, I immediately thought of you.
I think Robert has your number.
Don't stop now, we want to hear a forum member's opinions on a new pedal and know we can count on you for Keeley peds.
Anyway, congrats and hope to read a review from you ASAP.
When I saw the title of this thread, I immediately thought of you
@telefunken - I think you are Keeley's retirement plan.
Like an Ibanez/Maxon SD-9 and a Boss DS-1? Tell me more.
Keeley should've been sending you free pedals by now.
Do you get X-mas cards from him at least? If you haven't started missing house payments yet, then there's no need to stop yet.
Yep. Here's the link...https://robertkeeley.com/DS9Distortion
Too... Many.... Keeley pedals.... Brain can't process...
Testing the SD side of the pedal.
Hmmm... Sounds a lot like my Maxon.
Great heavy Hendrix voodoo chile
Don't you get one of those cards like the coffee shop that Keeley will stamp after each purchase? Buy 8 pedals and the next one is free?
Yeah, me too. Is there anything Keeley that you don't own? I've a bit of interest in the Keeley Compressor Pro and I know you picked this one up right after it was released as well. Maybe you could give me a little insight on it?
I would of called it the DSSD. It makes it sound like a mental disorder.
I will not pretend to completely understand compressors, so here is a good video. All I can add is that I had the Keeley 2 knob comp for years and could not bond with it.......so I sold it. Robert explained the problem I was having and suggested the Comp Pro. I bought it and now I love comps, especially clean.
