I have to confess I know next to ZERO about french law - assumed you are located in Paris, France?
So, maybe yes, less damages ruled out in Germany compared to other states.

Actually there used to be mainly lawyers in the field of legal guardians, until the laws were fundamentally changed back in the 1990s; today it's quite a mixture of people from different backgrounds.

I was an Electronics Technician in the US Navy for 11 years working on communications and radar until a contractor decided to throw a giant pile of money at me for a couple years. Now I maintain comms, cameras and more or less anything that is remotely electronics related for a branch of federal law enforcement. Pretty good gig, despite all the government nonsense.

Only been playing guitar for a couple years, but it really is the best medicine after a long, stupid day.

My pleasure! I don't think I will make any truer, more loyal friends than I did while in the Navy.

Right now I teach autistic kids in an elementary school.

Interviewing though for a job tomorrow as a budget analyst for the state government.

They're not here. They hang out at TGP and other booteek forums with less of the hoi polloi.

That's what I used to do, everything from car crashes, construction defect, environmental and medical malpractice claims over 30 years. I'm done now though.

Sounds like you need to implement Agile so that you can have more and daily meetings about why nothing ever gets done.

That sounds challenging, and heartbreaking, but hopefully rewarding.
