I want to mod my Tele with a no load tone pot and a push/pull DPDT volume control (so I can eliminate the volume pot without adding a switch). There's not a whole bunch of room under the plate, so who knows which pots are small enough to keep me from routing?

So a no load tone pot, I get that. Easily done.

So, a P/P DPDT volume control to eliminate the volume pot? Not understanding that one.

I have a Bourns no load P/P to combine the bridge and neck on a Deluxe Nashville. It also has a CTS volume pot.

The Bourns fit just fine in the DN.

Not sure what your doing, but the Bourns should fit.

I ended up using the CTS no load tone pot. I had to route just a hair.

The DPDT switch on the push/pull pot allows me to eliminate all the load from both pots, and go direct from the pick up switch to the output jack. I bought an Alpha mini pot for that.
