Alien brain parasites, entering humans through the mouth, turn their host into a killing zombie. Some teenagers start to fight against them.

This is a very good one, the parasites are some kind of slugs. Good dialogues, good acting, good effects, top of the basket b movie. The detective (tom atkins) looks familiar, but i don't know where i saw him. It has got references to movie directors, and a bit of plan 9 in a scene where an old lady watches tv, which are fun to spot. I have probably missed a few.
