When I decided to get back I to guitar about 9 months ago, I thought I would be back into high gain, Floyd roses and humbuckers. After buying a bit of gear, I realized that's not what I wanted to play, so, I sold 2 guitars, a multi effects processor and an amp. Now I have a Vox AC4 and today picked up a 2014 Mystic Blue American Standard with a Warmoth neck. Neck is flame maple, 59 round back profile with SS6105 frets, compound radius, and locking Sperzels. I think the fretboard may be Pao Ferro but not sure. I think I did ok for $675. People around here are asking $450 plus for MIM Standards. I ran the numbers on Warmoths site and that's a $400 neck without even counting shipping.

The plain white pickguard looks kinda bland, may need to change that.

I built one that looks just like that. I like the pick guard because it is plain but a very nice retro look in contrast to the body. I put Texas blues pickups in mine with a 4-way switch.

Congrats on the new Tele! I saw an American Standard listed within the past couple of days and thought maybe you’d pick it up, but that one was pretty sweet too. Not to mention, Warmoth’s ‘59 roundback profile is one of my favorites. Enjoy!!

There was a 94 sunburst listed for the same price and it was my next stop if this one didn't work. For some reason the owner thought it was a 7.25 radius, I'm glad it wasn't.

Very nice! Congrats. I think you did well on the price, too.

And, I'd love to see that with a BLACK guard - it would shift visual attention directly to that mystic sparkle paint job.

Nice! That is a very pretty neck on that one. Great score - as you say the neck alone would be $400 new from Warmoth.

Maybe a white pearloid pickguard? That would pick up the metallic finish (and probably the flame in the neck as well).

I couldn't find a good shot of a metallic blue Tele with a pearl pickguard, but found this nice shot of an LPB P-bass with a pearl guard:

Yeah, I'm not sure. It depends on the lighting whether it's blue or almost purple.
