Beautiful, a work of art - enjoy!
Very Beautiful guitar! WOW!
Congrats on a beautiful guitar. Glad you found what you wanted.
Beautiful guitar. I hope it sounds and feels as awesome as it looks. And I hope you wear it out playing it. One of the coolest things about inheriting one of my dad’s acoustics was seeing all the fret wear (it still plays great) from his playing.
That's cooler'n the backside of the pillow. Wear it out!
Happy New Guitar Day! Enjoy the latest addition to your family.
Just my preference, but I love that it has a neck volute. I was lucky enough to have a Martin on long term loan when I first learned to play guitar, and my hand always wants to feel that volute whenever I pick up an acoustic.
After having a few days to get acclimated, I decided to make some changes.
1. Gave it a little truss rod tweak, and now the playability is absolutely insane.
2. Got rid of those eleixir strings from the factory. Good gravy, I seriously hate those things. They sound like fake, plastic, crap no matter what you put them on.
Stuck on a set of Earthwood Phosphor Bronze 12s. I thought it sounded really great before. Now it’s just silly. I love this guitar.
it even looks like it sounds good!
My god that is a lovely instrument.
Very very nice.
Yeah, that baby is beautiful. Cole Clarks have a great reputation. I've never heard a guitar with a Bunya top, but Tas Blackwood is a killer tonewood.
You done good!
Beautiful guitar. I have heard only good things about them.
Looks really good
What body size is it? Glad it’s a win.
Gorgeous guitar! I love the shape, the colour, the grain - understated but luxurious. Congratulations!
It’s a grand auditorium. Very comfy.
I used to love jumbos and dreads. Then I got a Martin 000. I liked it a lot, but it wasn’t “the one”. For the last couple years I’ve been gigging with a concert body Yamaha. I love the fit. And I’m not exceedingly large, but I’m not a small guy either at six feet and 200 lbs. The smaller guitars just work for me.
When I was shopping this time I was looking at dreads again. But ultimately just had to stay concert sized. It just works for me.
I hear you. My favorite acoustic is an OM.
I have a Dove and love how it sounds. And if I’m honest, looks.
But the humble OM15 gets a lot more stage time.
