Got this in today. Did a quick setup. I’m impressed very good guitar for the money. Feel likes a GIbby. And actually stays in tune better. I got this one off reverb for a smokin deal. I dig. And highly recommend these. Nubone nut Wilkinson tuners and killer bridge that can actually be intonated. Neck is nice and straight great fret work. Light about 6lbs. Just enough beef in the neck. Good rosewood board. For 225.00 new in the box. Smoking deal. The pickup is a stacked P100 style. It’s not bad at all. Clear with bite. I might change it later to a real 90. But pretty content with it for now. These are far better than those junky firefly things. If you are looking for a DC here it is.

Yep. Mine does to. Hard to believe I like it better than the Gibson SG standard I had.

Me too, £50 cheaper than the Vintage here. Fun, fun, fun.

I love DC JRs! The bridge looks great. Does it come in yellow?

Nice. I have/had 3 Vintage husks from GFS. I still have the faux White Falcon & SG things. The ES295 hollow got returned because of the neck, which I've noticed on all these are on the thin side. How deep are the necks on the DC?

The hollows I have weren't available in the States from my research.

Nice! The Vintage brand are great guitars. Those double-cuts are sweet.

I've had one of their electro-acoustics for around 15 years, from new (VEC-500N) and I won't be parting with it.

Very sweet! Congrats. Sorely tempted by the Harley Benton even though I have absolutely no excuse for buying one.

Let us know how you get on with the P100. Had one years ago on a Yamaha semi and never really liked it - was neither bird nor fish as they say in Norway. I binned it in favour of a proper P90, but YMMV.

I was worried the neck would be too thin. It’s a thick C profile. About like the Gibson.

The P100 sounds like a Tele bridge pup. Lots of twang lol. Crazy I know. I might route it and put a Tele neck pup.

I almost got one of those before I snagged my Axl single cut Junior, though if I could have gotten the Vintage for that price I'd have it instead. Smoking deal for sure, congrats and HNGD!

I've got a few of those 1216 Jrs in husk form too!
    Heres the Bel Air version.

The Vintage VSA850 "Falcon" neck is only .82. I think that is the thickest of the 3 I have. The SG is the VS6 model that hadn't had the Vibrola installed yet. I'd love to be able to find a Vintage SG Jr or Special on this side of the pond too.
