NGD - Ultra Telecaster - Texas Tea RMN

So this gorgeous thing arrived today.

FSR and basically my ideal colour and neck combination. Had to buy it immediately.

The roasted maple neck is wonderful, satin all over. I love the ultra compound radius and the Texas tea is sublime. The photos and videos just don't do it justice at all.

Interestingly the moulded case seems to have an new interior. Really soft now, seems better padded than my other hard Fender cases. Not sure if this is a new model what's going on. I quite like it though.

Goes well with my mystic pine Ultra with the ebony board.

I have the Texas Tea Ultra with a rosewood fretboard I just made a NGD post about yesterday. They don't sell that variation over here. Otherwise I would have got the roasted maple neck version like yours. Don't regret it one bit though. It's a player for sure! Congrats on the guitar!

I was 50/50 in the end. The rosewood looks killer, it was only that I have a slight preference for maple that I went for this one. They're just beautiful guitars, enjoy!

Yeah I've always been more of a maple person myself. The AO '60s Tele is drawing me over to rosewood. Really starting to prefer it to maple. I'll never sell that guitar.
