I'd been on the look out for an American Blonde Tele for a VERY long time.

I'd almost given up when I happened into a pawnshop this Friday and found one. After some back and fourth haggling, I ended up with a KILLER deal on my new (used) 2011 Fender 60th Annv. Blonde Tele.

This guitar feels, sounds, and plays great without a setup, but I'm going to get it set up proper this week. Anyway, here's some pics.

I love those 60th. anniversary models. Congrats!!
(Played one in my local store, went back to buy it, it was sold).
By the way what's the killer price if I may ask? Here they're $2500.

    That's gorgeous.

You know, I've never seen one of those in person. Very cool!

That guitar sure is beautiful. I love the Fender engrave on the bridge plate. Those tuners look pretty substantial too, nice and stable. Real slick looking pickguard, very nice indeed.

    Gratz shes a beauty.

I have been looking for a 60th anniversary rosewood body telecaster with no luck so far in the used market. I haven't bought a new guitar from a dealer in 15 years, I enjoy the hunt and dealing with real people not salesmen lol.

I wouldn't like the white pickguard but that is a matter of taste.
Have fun everytime you play her.

    Beautiful guitar!

It's not even in the same class but that makes me want to put a white pearl pickguard on my CV Butterscotch now :D

Very nice! I have one of these, too - fantastic guitars. They originally have a black pickguard - but this one looks great as well.
