    New to me.

I liked the first one so much, I bought another.

They're not as identical as they look, one weighs 1/2lb more. Both sound great.

...and I almost bought another one yesterday, but somebody snagged it on Reverb while I deliberated.

There is actually a kind of valid reason for having two. I want to make an Esquire out of one, possibly with a Duncan Secret Agent pickup. Starting with two near identical Telecasters, I can ‘scientifically’ evaluate the assertion that Esquires sound different because of magnetic pull of neck pickup.

But that doesn’t rationalize why I’ll probably buy another...

Congratulations OP - they sure are fabulous guitars. And I love the idea to mod one into an Esquire!

I have one myself and have, just for the heck of it, swapped out the pickguard and saddles.
