Gotta tell the story to people who would get it!! Haha

A few weeks ago I was moving an amp and I knocking over my AVRI strat and I didn't catch it in time for it to hit another guitar (tele BTW). Not sure how but it only dented 3 frets, no other marks on either guitar. However, I'm not one to put off guitar repairs (even though I haven't been playing it)

Made the hour drive to my genius repair guy and he took a look and said it wouldn't be that bad and I would never know it happened. So he starts showing us a few recent guitars he's enjoying. A custom build, one he's restoring, and then this partscaster. Wasn't even set up but I told him when he gets ready to sell, let me know (and I don't buy partcasters), it just felt good. He didn't take me seriously though until I went back a few days later to get my repair job. I said it again before we left, made sure he had my phone/email/TGP name. Emailed me a few days later to say he was ready.

So she's a Korina body, Licensed All Parts, MJT relic neck (jumbo bass frets and a not quite a flat radius but pretty close), Seymour Duncan tapped tele pickup (he wired the tapped part to the tone knob so it's push/pull), and a standard unknown tele pickup. She weighs 6lb 13oz! I'm still in the set up phase with the neck/saddles but it sounds pretty damn good!

That is one serious beauty of a guitar. Definitely one for the ages. I think we need more pictures...and maybe a sound clip or two...if you feel like it.

Seriously, one of the most beautiful teles I've ever seen. Enjoy! Very happy for you!

I believe that's the first Korina Tele I've ever seen. Congrats, it looks pretty cool.

I really like the look of this.

The dark fingerboard and blackguard style body work so well together.

    Very cool looking guitar:)

Very cool guitar. I use Korina bodies in my guitar builds and they sound fantastic.
