The outer shipping carton was pretty much a wreck.... and the inner carton had taken a couple of good hits too... I bought this model 800 something like a week or ten days ago from Eastwood, and was informed that it was the last one available of it's type, so I feel fortunate to have been able to snag an example of this model for my own little collection before it was too late. According to its shipping label, it was shipped from Liverpool on the 21'st, and arrived in Nowhereville, South Dakota in only two days????? Is that even possible? Anyway...the guitar inside the battered cartons was in good shape...a miracle judging by the condition of those boxes. I had ordered the guitar in the finish I had named 'Roseburst', unfortunately (?), the reality is that it's a actually a rather slightly pinkish 'Greyburst', but I'll take whatever I can get at this point, and I'm sure it will grow on me with a bit of time. I'm just happy to have one.
