Recently acquired this limited edition 60s thinline custom journeyman at CME. I’m in love. I’m back in the Tele game.

Congrats — that looks like a winner! I really like the thinlines with the 50s and early/mid 60s trim.

Wow wow wow! That's a stunner. Welcome back to the club. I loved my new Custom Shop thinline so much I sold my other tele. It is the one for me.

Beautiful guitar! I love LPB with tort guard and the double binding is the cherry on top. Enjoy,

It’s so smooth. It’s got a nice rolled edge to the fretboard that makes my American Original Tele neck feel like a razor blade. It’s very light but not neck heavy and the relic makes it nice and comfy. I finally get the whole relic thing now.

    It’s faded lake placid blue.

The Thinline in my avatar is that way. No relic work; it is a closet classic. Still, the neck you describe is certainly there. I briefly had a Journeyman in Forest Green. I liked the guitar well enough, but not so well that when I had a chance to trade for a PRS Artist Custom 22 with a Brazilian Rosewood neck (SUPER comfortable) that I kept the Tele. I still have the CS Thinline in the picture. I also have a ‘52 Hotrod, a Hahn model C and a late 1990’s American Deluxe, all great playing guitars.
