I've known about these for a while and I finally saw the right one pop-up for sale on Reverb. It was the right price too! And, truly a bonus, it weighs in at only 7 lbs and 1 oz.

This is my first Road Worn guitar and I'm really enjoying the feel of it! I tend to baby my guitars quite a bit, so it’s very liberating to have one that already appears to have some wear on it. In particular, I love how the neck feels - the back is so smooth and fast!

I'll admit that I'm shallow and was initially drawn to this particular model because of the color. The copper finish really stood out to me and I couldn't resist it! In person, it doesn't disappoint. It's amazing how much the finish can morph depending upon lighting.

This particular Road Worn Tele is apparently part of a limited run and some of the specs differ from the standard Road Worn series. This one has a 9.5" radius, an 'Oiled Road Worn' neck, and 'Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele' pickups. I can certainly play 7.25" radius necks…but I do tend to favor a 9.5" radius when given the option.

All in all, I’m really impressed with the quality of this instrument! It sounds wonderful and it feels great!

Here are some up-close pictures of the Road Worn-ness. Also notice how the copper color can really change depending on the lighting.

Congrats. Just played this same model in a local store the other day and the neck is comfy like home cooking.

Looks amazing, great colour. I think it might benefit from a few more knocks and scratches, the roadworns always look better after some additional playing wear to me.

Looks so cool! But I think a set of brass compensated saddles would be the icing on the cake!

Well that just goes without saying, haha. Actually though, I've already ordered them! That's the one 'mod' I do on every single Tele - they all get a set of the Fender Compensated Brass Saddles.

Love it! What a beaut! And I'm a sucker for oiled neck and 9.5" radius! Found one on eBay and just pulled the trigger. Now I need a set of compensated bridge saddles. You guys are a bad influence... in the best possible way!:D Thanks!

EDIT Hey OP where did u get the compensated saddles, or does it matter?

EDIT 2 I may have found some to try out...

Handsome. I really love that finish.

The one I played sounded great and was really resonant. Nice and broken in feeling.
