A friend of mine found this 1963-64 Gibson B-25 in a trash can a few months ago, and gave it to me. It's obviously had a close encounter with some heat! I just got it back from the repair shop (neck reset), and it is one sweet little guitar!

Love the way the headstock looks! There's nothing like a guitar with a good story behind it, and you can't buy a good story--it just has to happen.

Enjoy it, I know I would!

Yes, I wish that I did know the story. Check out the figured mahogany on the back:

The things people throw away. Why there ought to be a law. Anyway, that's a great save with a good story. Congrats and have fun with it!

I've had mine since 1969, it has a skinny neck but its a great little guitar. It took me 30 years to realize it would never sound like a dreadnought and once I learned how to play it with a light touch I love more each day.

I'll bet there's some interesting story behind it. Or not. But it's still cool. Congratulations!

Love it. I bet that guitar has some serious songs in it waiting to come out.
    Well done.
