    Steel, it’s specced up to match James Burton’s - although getting the Fender Custom Shop to put steel saddles on a 53 bridge was not as easy as you would think...!

    Love it! Do you use James Burton's string gauge on your Teles? I'm experimenting with it right now and I'm enjoying it.

    Dakota is the coolest of the reds IMO. Some (AR Duchossoir and Tom Wheeler to name a few) say it is the same as Cimarron red...Bill Carson's first strat color.

    Yup I use 9’s, I love the feel and snap. Jim Campilongo uses the same gauge I believe.
