I'm actually late on this post - I got this guitar for myself as a 40th birthday/christmas/mid-life crisis present to myself at the end of November but was only a lurker on this site at that point.

So here she is. Plays like a beauty and I could not be happier. Love the Twisted Tele pick-ups and the slightly aged/tobacco'd pearl inlays are a seductive sight, to say the least.

Thank you! And the 62 reissue Princeton is amazing as well. Speaker is breaking in quite nicely and it seems to sound a little better every time I play it.

It is nearly the George guitar but not an officially titled commemorative version as those were made on a limited run as far as I know. And this differs in a few respects, such as the pick-ups and fretboard radius. And I believe the original body had a lacquer finish whereas this one is satin - but I could be wrong on that. In the pictures & video I've found, it's awful hard to tell if that's the case or if it's just that the original finish was satin that was worn down to a gloss finish over time.

Wow! An all-rosewood-neck tele and a Stapleton Princeton: that reminds me of someone
Congrats and enjoy, that such a nice combo!

How heavy is the guitar though?
