This found it's way into my house today - "Ltd Pine Dbl Esq Cust Jm" or in plain english "Double Esquire Custom". Roasted Pine body, "50-51 Blackguard" pickups, reverse position in the bridge, 7.25-9.5 compound radius (my personal new favorite radi), RSD bridge and top binding.

    Very nice - 7.25 - 9.5 sounds like a great idea.

What a clever set of features! How do you like the reverse pickup?

Ugly geetar! You'll need to get rid of it to preserve your sanity. Because I'm used to ugly, having looked at myself nearly seventy years, it won't faze me. My address is.....:lol::lol:

Awesome, congrats! I picked up the same axe but in pink paisley. Still need to do a NGD post. BTW, does yours have the off-center asymmetrical neck like mine does? Al the other specs you listed match.

I don't see anything about that specific feature on the "shop floor traveler":
    "5/4 QTR Sawn", "10/56 V" with the compound radius (7.25 - 9.5).

    6.0 lbs ;)

What really sold me was the feel of the neck, black thinline with binding and the reverse bridge pup.

After I cleaned off the finishing compound on the neck and put some 11s on it, I'm even more in love with it! IMG_2710.JPG

I've yet to give it the full band rehearsal volume/tone test, but with the Princeton here at home, I'm digging it.
Obviously, it's a very subtle difference from a "regular" Tele setup, but I "think" I'm hearing a little more "bloom" with the bridge pickup.
And still getting used to the wiring, and it did come with a traditional wired control plate, but I don't want to swap it out just yet.
