    Before you do, try to see if the blade switch stops steady at "Position 1.5". Some of these will stay put there, and that provides the N + B sound in parallel. Remember these OVs are not RWRP and so there's less to be accomplished by adding a 4 way. If you have valid 1, 1.5 and 2 positions, you've got the same thing a conventional switching scheme gets you with 1, 2 and 3 positions. A little practice, I got the hang of it.

    All the CL listings for Squiers in my area are "Fender" Tele or Strat.

    Sweet!! I see he called Gruhn's. Did he mention what they estimated it at? Did you let the seller know it was worth a little more?

    I wasn't quite sure what it was at the point of sale. His garage wasn't well lit, but he wasn't shady in the least. I gave him what he asked in cash and stuck it in my truck. I was pretty sure it was a score.

    For $350, I’d buy it just to sell it for $850+ on Reverb. Assuming, of course, I didn’t fall in love with it, and I never assume that with BSB Teles.
