NGD: Captain Guitar Lounge "Paulinchen" 50s butterscotch tellie

I picked her up yesterday and I´m really impressed about her. It was built to my specs, "Paulinchen" means little LP in german words.

She´s got a MJT mahagoni body, Allparts quartersawn reversed (only for the look) maple neck with maple cap and the 59LP profile. Pickups are DiMarzio Chopper T and mini humbucker. Wilkinson wraparound bridge and special electronics with a 3way toggle, two mini toggles to switch each humbucker separately from seriell to parallel and a really useful treble bleed.

Soundwise it´s definitely a rock beast, mission completed. But due to the tellie construction and the electronics it also has a nice amount of twang, more than enough for my needs as a musician who plays the old rock stuff from the 70s.

It’s the perfect pickup and I agree. I have a twang king in the neck, another perfect pickup. I almost bought Joe Barden… I think these are close
