Wow that is some sharp! I like all your choices. When I tried out a Fender BP signature model, I was surprised to like the V-neck, of which I'm not usually a fan.

Hard lesson but hopefully useful to someone else.

I took it to a furniture repair pro/luthier. I didn’t feel like messing it up.

Added a week but all good now

Usually when I read the word paisley, I know I’m going to dislike something in the near future, but that looks awesome...

I don't usually like paisley guitars, and usually walk away from such thread as yours comforted in my dislike.

But here.... it works. You've pull it off really tastefully. Really lovely looking guitar!

Truly a piece of art. Very nice. And it's nice to see your wife loves it too.

Yeah man, that is a beauty! Fantastic finish on the body and it works so well with that beautiful neck. Hope the fb issue works out ok.

That finish is amazing. Even if it's too bad the clear guard didn't work out, the chrome is razor-sharp.

Thank you, the chrome is a good temporary until I can find someone that can match the SS of the Callaham bridge, control plate and knobs, or a gunmetal grey to match tuners and neck plate.

Realistically, I used chrome due to my impatience and wanting it playable now

That’s interesting. I tried one recently when grabbing another guitar and was completely put off by the neck. I hadn’t expected it at all.
I also promised myself after selling an EVH Wolfgang Signature never to buy another artist signature again... but I should know better than to lie like that to myself

The other thing that surprised me with the BP signature was the super light weight, probably the lightest T-style I've ever encountered. A quick googling says the body wood is paulownia, used a lot in Asia; sandwiched between a spruce top and back.

Agreed. I took it to my luthier to fix the neck after the fingerboard split. He did the setup for me as a favour while he was at it.
Definitively looks off and different from my other Teles... but it works. The intonation is perfect. But I can’t explain it and if it ain’t broke...
