Hey guys! Picked up my first tele this past Saturday. Not a traditional telecaster I know but I’ve wanted this exact model since I checked it out pre-pandemic. Super impressed with the quality and versatility of this guitar. It compliments my American deluxe strat quite well and I haven’t been able to put it down. I’ll shut up now here’s some pics!

I like that one. Cool model, with the Humbucker in the neck position. Congrats!

My first tele (mid-90s Tele Special) had a humbucker in the neck. I left it behind as I entered a hollowbody phase, but never forgot it. Teles are all I play now. Happy NGD!

    Congratulations. Nice collection.
I played the American Performer Hum at a Sam Ash when they first came out and was very impressed. Great neck and I love the neck humbucker. It was hard to resist.

I think the Performer is the sweet spot.

It's got just the right mix of vintage and modern. And the price point is outstanding, they are about the same price as a 60s Vintera.

Just wish it came with a hard case, although I think Guitar Center has the good Fender cases at $40 off this week.
