    I ordered a used Greco LP from Japan about 15 years ago.
    It did not disappoint!

    Looks great. I love Maxon pickups. That’s what you’ve got in there, right? Matsumoku guitars are some of my favorites. Hope you love it.

    It sounds good and plays nicely too. I looked at the pickups (pulled them out of the cavities) and the wiring, everything looks. original. There are no markings on the pickups, and there is no indication of a model number anywhere either. Looking at catalogs online, as far as I can tell the guitar was made in 1989 and the pickups are "Double Trick" or DRY Z pickups. They sound clear and clean to me, every bit as good as the T-tops in a late 70's LPC I have.
