Rite out of the box. Beautiful. Plastic still on the pickguard. All the case candy ( Warrrenty, Manual, etc. ). Really light. The lightest Telecaster I have out of 8, I need to properly weigh her. The frets are going to need alittle file work and Gotohs should be here by saturday to replace the tuners. As far as the pickups go, the bridge has staggerd pole peices and is the twangiest stock Tele pickup I've had. I like it for now. We'll see how it grows on me. Now the WRHB. Sounds cool. Dosent seem muddy to me, but i've nothing to compare it too, I've never played an original WRHB. It sounds a hell of alot better than the stock Blacktop Humbuckers. Its nice having a separate volume and tone knob for each pickup. I've read where people have described this neck as a U but it'not. A Chunky C, feels Identical to the neck on my 50's classic tele and the 2011' 52 RI I played. Feels nice and solid, loving the vintage frets and radius. I dunno guys, this might be the one I go to grab at any time.

Sweet, congrats and happy NGD Dogfoot. I love the look, sunburst with nice grain and having separate controls for both pickups makes for happy blends. Enjoy. One of these could be in my distant future.

8 Teles? You've been adding here and there?

Its a MIM. It was used but still had the plastic on the guard. Thankas guys. And since I've been here Fender73, I've added 5 of those teles. This custom is hot on the heels of the Nashville that I bought In Honey Blonde and converted into a Nocaster knock-off.

Congrats.. Love to see guys getting good deals..sounds like you've gotten the revoiced pickups.. TELENATOR has mentioned that all of the MIA, MIM Fenders and Squires with WRHBs are getting the revoiced version.

    Congrats on the new Custom!

I'm right there with you, got mine last week & have been really liking her. Getting used to the bridge pup & separate controls. HB is better than I was expecting after reading a bunch of posts here.

No regrets. Starting to pick this one up before my #1 & 2...?
