What's not difficult? Obtaining a Broadcaster neck made by Fender, buying a decal or modding a 2020 Broadcaster? it's hard to follow your posts with your style of writing.

Nice! Very tempting, but, an Eastman SB59/V is screaming at me....

    Yes.

Check out the available sound clips. Including the ones I posted which a clean with Deluxe Reverb tone where I specifically play a bit twangy.

Twanging is mostly about the playing technique.

Absolutely stunning tele! Any chance you’d be able to snap a pic of the control panel guts? I’d like to try the broadcaster wiring in my own tele but the diagrams I’ve seen seem to be inconsistent. It would be great to see how Fender wires it up for the blend option! Thanks man and again...beautiful guitar.

I think there are other photos of it here but note it comes with modern wiring scheme in place but with a schematic and capacitor included in the case to adopt the blend wiring to which you refer.

The description of the neck echoes my own findings; I owned a '51 Nocaster with the big fat neck and also a Baja, and the neck of my American Original 50s feels like a mating of those two. That Broadcaster is very, very nice.

The 70th Broadcaster from the demo's I've heard sounds massive with those Pickups they've installed, makes you think what did they know then that they don't know now. I wouldn't mind building one with a 1 Piece Ash Body but would prefer Butterscotch Blonde or Torino red. Just have to wait till Stratosphere breaks one and sells the Neck.
I'll be taking a trip to my Fender dealer to have a go on one..
    Enjoy your new axe..

Thank you for the thorough take on the Broadcaster!
Could you give a quick estimation on how it compares/differs from your Baja? Not aesthetically but sonically?
Reason I ask: I have a Baja and am VERY happy with it (you writing, that the necks are alike was very good to know) but since joining the forum I have convinced myself that I need another guitar and the Broadcaster ticks a lot of boxes...
But if it is very near to the Baja, sonically, I would probably hold back.
(So please, tell me it sounds very different.) ;)

Very nice; if it had a 9.5" radius 'board and taller frets I would have bought one in preference to my AO50s model; my only caveat about the Broadcaster. I bet it sounds fantastic.
