This is the 2nd one I've ordered. The first went back last week with a cracked neck and I'm glad. This is a much better guitar overall. It looks better and it's fit & finish is better. It weighs 9.2 lbs, which makes it my heaviest guitar by 0.4 lbs.
Like my 66 DLX Plus Goldtop, it needs nothing in terms of repairs or setup or anything. No knocking down a couple of high frets or sharp fret ends. No nothing. Tune it up and play. In 16+ months, I've done nothing but put strings on my gold top and I'm confident I could do the same with this one. I'm glad I ordered one.
