    Love the Orange Sunrise!

But I have to say, photographing it next to the fluorescent pink of the case lining is a trip!

Could you do some more pics of it liberated from the case?

I like the pick guard on. I think it makes a les Paul look like a les Paul.

    Great looking guitar either way!

It's gorgeous, I love orange and the black plastics look great with that color. Cream is nice too, but the black is better.
It looks a little better without the guard, but looks good with it too. Anyone make a clear guard for these?

I've got a 60s Tribute Gold Top. I had the guard off for a while, just put it back on a couple of weeks ago. I think I like it better on. Looks better on the Standard, too (that one's got humbuckers, though).

I do have an old Epi LP Custom that looks better without it. But again, humbuckers.

That's a beautiful finish on yours, BTW. Happy New Guitar!

The more I look at it, the more I like it. Wow! Good on you, mate.

    P. S. Leave the guard on, at least for now.

While I usually like a pickguard on an LP, I'd say no on that one. That top is too nice to cover up and it adds too much black. The poker chip, pickups and knobs are enough.

    Those are really pretty LP's.

I've liked pickguard on for my LP's/Especially if it was cream.

It would be hard taking a drill bit to that beaut tho.......

    I was about to ask....thanks. :)

I wouldn't use the pickguard- unless you have a heavy strumming style. ;)

Great looking guitar, great spec- for my taste.
