Hi guys Hope you can advise.

I'm (trying) making a thin line tele out of ash. I'm not sure about the finishing order.

I've seen people use a coat of sanding sealer first, before the grain filler. Does this work? And how would you stain if there's a coat of sanding sealer on? I presume the order would be

    Grain filler
    Stain
    Sanding sealer
    Oil or lacquer

The more I look the more options I seem to find. Any advice for a newb would be appreciated.

These are my previous efforts ..
