I bought the G3xn just last year, so I guess by the time I'm ready to splash out again, this model will already be superseded... I like stuff that makes it easier to edit effects and patches and to change sounds on the fly. And I like how the amp modeling has a separate panel of tone controls. It's helpful to me when the new tech presents itself in ways that let me leverage my current ways of doing things.

Still not at the point of needing bluetooth connection to my guitar, though...

looks interesting, the 2 fx loops are a nice addition as is the touch screen. Here's a better run down sadly no demos of tones though.

It's ugly. I've never liked the front paddle switches. They're too close together, they shouldv'e just used buttons like the second row, and spaced them far enough apart that a grown man with a 13EEE shoe won't step on two of them at once. That's what happens when you try to put 6 footswitches in the space of 5. Maybe it sounds good, but I'll never buy one.

Those crappy paddle switches are the one thing I don't like about my GT-100, and the main reason I might upgrade to a GT-1000. I'm glad Boss stopped using those switches. I hope they never go back.

I like Zoom products but that one is too ugly. I like the ease of use of my Headrush pedal board.

yes headrush is cool..I hoe they update the effects and amps in the future instead of putting effort into another lame board like that looper POS board.
