I just got the new GP, and there's an article about a new album of their rerecorded old hits. Chris Dreja and Jim McCarty are the originals, and the new hook is guest lead guitarists. Skunk Baxter, Slash, Steve Vai, Lukather, and a guy named Beck(apparently 1 part of 1 song???...)
I think I wanna hear it first, you know what I mean? Dogg

I'm looking forward to Shapes of Things

I understand that Steve Vai is the guest guitarist for the new album on that tune. That should be amazing. The Gary Moore of that tune is awesome in case you haven't heard it.

I've heard Shapes on XM Radio and it's very good. Almost like the original, remastered and improved. The voices sound the same.

I ordered the CD yesterday from Amazon. We'll see if the whole thing is as good.
