Or, as I like to say, new Smells!

I have big time reservations about it because of how many times former owners have been busted for dealing Drugs and money laundering.
The current owner is a Freak. I could type for another hour about what she has done ...
I openly challenge anybody to talk to her and come up with a different conclusion.

But, a deal is a deal.
I told my Bass player that if he booked it, I would play it.
Keeping my Promise despite my misgivings.

3 + 1 band. I will be playing my Tele, LP and, Baritone through my '73 Vibrochamp.

Of note, our Drummer is debuting his new DW Kit in Ringo Black Oyster shells.
I have only seen a pic of one of the Toms but, beautiful!

Time for me to suck it up and play as good as I can.

Break a leg, just don't break a string. That can ruin your night

So how did it go? We haven't heard back from you. Did you survive?

How did it go, I've been waiting to hear about it since reading your entry in the "next gig" thread

Did you also talk about this on the Bad Dog? "That Smell?" Same gig, right?

Our band played a gig in the 90's at a Colorado Springs bar called "Rack and Roll" (not sure if they're still there), but when we were setting up our stuff, I looked above me and saw "Jackyl" carved into a ceiling beam. I later found out that they had played there the previous week and apparently the vocalist carved that with a chain saw as part of their act...

    It went pretty badly.
    We are not going back.
Terrible load in and load out, the place Stinks, low pay and the 'Crowd' is just that. A Crowd. Not an Audience.

At the last minute, I went for the Musicman and left the Vibrochamp at home.
Needed some muscle for this place.

Live and learn. I would have never found out if I hadn't have done it.
