Bought this 2018 Tele off the local Craigslist last week. It has the factory reversed plate that I wanted to try out. I added new domed controls, comp brass saddles, vintage tuners (with conversion bushings), button tree, button selector knob, Schaller style strap buttons, and ordered a tweed Fender case! I ordered 2.5" black raw strap material from Wandering Bull leather and made a strap. I like it!!

Nice! I love the domed Broadcaster knobs. Best/easiest upgrade! Congrats on your new tele and many happy hours to you!

I’m glad you made it your own. No go play the heck out of it.

By the way, cool that you made your own strap. My dad made a strap for my mandolin and I wouldn’t trade it for another strap.

Nice one! I just sold one like it recently. Really great guitar.
Here’s the one I sold, and the one I upgraded to.

    Enjoy!
I love mine. Bought it new almost 5 years ago. The reverse control plate and the warmer ceramic pickups just worked better for me than the other Teles I played. I honestly expected to be buying a G&L, but all anyone had were Tributes, and I juast wasn't feeling it with those. Or the Squiers and MIA Fenders I played.
