Just added this little pedal to my board. Awesome so far, will be playing around with different placements.

I have the full sized spark. I read somewhere during my mounds of boost research that it shines best after od/distortion. It does work well there. I also like a boost pre od so I have an rc booster clone before my dirt. Then, I have a Pigtronix class A boost at the end of my effects loop for a volume boost:).

Glad you're liking it so far. I've got one at the end of my pedal chain (the last of six pedals not counting the tuner). I use it alone set around 8:30 when I want a grittier tone without going full-blown OD (e.g. the rhythm part of "You Wreck Me) or I kick it on as a volume boost on the couple of occasions I play a solo during our shows.

I had the full-size one and really liked it. I had to sell it to pay school expenses though. It was really versatile though.

So it's the last of 7 pedals then?

Unfortunately nothing's free. You always pay one way or the other. It's a worthwhile investment and inexpensive compared to other degrees since I'm doing it through my local community college.
