    I have two that I got in the summer when they were on sale for $129 at MF. I put the Tonerider style alnico 5 CV pickups in the Surf Green one, and Fender Yosemite pickups in the LPB one. They're now two of the best Teles I've ever had.

    I got the red sparkle one at GC last year for $129. Love it. Yours looks great. I don't know how they do it.

    Congrats! I got the red sparkle one for Xmas. After 2 months I love it even more! I’m floored by this thing. All I’ve done was a little fretboard oil, fret touch up, and Chromes. Great instruments. Enjoy!

    Love my sunburst one, althought I feel like the fret ends have gotten rougher with time--maybe the colder weather has caused the wood to contract.

    They all look so cool. The lpb, sparkle red, and black ones are my favorites. Looks like a great platform to try mods like a bigsby and various neck pickups...

    That's a beauty. White guard, gloss black and a dark fretboard is a great combination.

    I've lost track of what Bullets are like now...neck width more like Player series (or whatever MIM stds are called now) or narrower like the Affinity? Same question with body thickness.

    BTW I vote no mods...play it stock like Jack Pearson does with his Bullets and Affinities!

    I was rooting around on eBay for a maple fingerboard neck for mine and found one from a CV Tele Deluxe, with the big Strat headstock, but for $159, it's only 20 bucks less than I paid for the whole guitar. I also worry about getting a dog with rough frets or a fugazi with a fake decal.
