A little more minimal that my usual work . . .
Very nice and great shading!
I have a blue folding chair I sit on while fishing. It's not as purdy as yours, however.
I rarely sit on this one. I just look at it. There's something about pale blue that's just relaxing - like a sonic blue fiddle.
I like that quite a lot!
Lovely work. I`m envious, I can barely paint a wall properly!
I never thought I would paint a wall in this way
nonetheless highly impressive
Nice detail with the shadow .
As always thanks for posting. I can see why you like to look at it. Shadows really provide the depth.
I can see you were attracted to the light relicing!
Well, with furniture they call it distressing. Which is what a lot of people think about relicing. Which is probably why they didn't call it distressing . . .
Good point LOL!
The subject calls for minimal. It’s perfect. I happen to love wooden folding chairs, the older the better. And, I love sonic blue (my avatar), so this painting just speaks to me. It’s great. Thanks for sharing.
I like this one a lot. Simplistic but expressive
My my, you are so talented. I love this style and technique.
But every bit as impactful. Outstanding.
I like the thought of having a picture of a chair hanging on a wall... hanging on a wall....
On the screen of my phone it looks much more photographic than your other work. I don't know if this is a result of the limited colour palette or just the simplicity of the subject matter. On zooming in the technique is much the same as your previous work. I like it.
