In this painting, I see my buddies or me, in the woods/creek by our homes, back in 1968!

Yeah, even with all the online stuff and computer games kids have now, stick em in a forest and they're the same kids they always were, using their imaginations and playing like always.

We lived on a suburban Northern Virginia cul-de-sac in the 1960's.

But if we crossed our street and went thru any neighbor's back yard, it took us right into the woods, then further in, a creek.
Memories of rock collecting, fishing, swimming, exploring- just a few hundred yards from our house. Another world.

Your painting triggered that!
