I'm using a digital M9 these days. I love it like a family member. I've got an M2 that's just a few months younger than me and an M4-P from the 80's.

I'm working on one. But man, I've got stage fright; Jim's fans are very discerning.

I've got some ideas for the vid, and FYI, I'll be staying away from Jim-type stuff...duh. I also want to record the guitar properly- mic'd up and into Garageband. And then use iMove to edit it properly.

So, it's coming, and I'll do my best to make it worthwhile.

Hi guys. I decided to buy this guitar because of Jim Campilongo, great musician and great man. I trust him. I'm looking for a no-nonsense Telly. I promise I will do a video. Ciao!

I second that. Go for it. Nothing on my YouTube channel is perfect either. Which, I think, is in the Campilongo spirit. His virtuosity seems to be in his expressiveness with the instrument. Sometimes it’s those “off” notes or “mistakes” where things get really interesting.

You guys, I never played a Tele that's left me feeling so, uh, "naked."

The Model C is, in a lot of what, the ultimate Telecaster. It puts out only what you put in!!!

Anyways, I'm waiting for my tech-savvy niece to come over and help shoot the vid, damn my nerves!

I called up Hahn guitars this morning and spoke with Chihoe. He is one cool guy! I put in my order for the Model C, and he said there would be an 8-week wait.

I'm excited for this tele! Everything about it is cool! Cool price $1495, awesome pickguard design, maple neck, nitro blonde finish, fancy hardware, etc.

I was going to save up and get a tele from a different builder in seafoam green, but that would be just too much money. I was also thinking of picking up a Fender American Original 50s Telecaster which would be almost the same price as the Model C.

Heeee, after this guitar, I won't be GASing for anything else because I have no more money to spend on guitars!:eek: Then again who would need another guitar when you have a badass tele!

I'll make some demos of the guitar once I get it. I'm not a good guitarist at all, but I'll have 8 weeks to practice!:confused::lol:

If you guys have any videos of the Hahn Model C then post them!!! I'd love to see more about this guitar while I wait.

I think all the important stuff's there, like him carving the neck, winding the pups and making most of his own hardware, like the bridge. Great value, IMO, and if I had a spare $1,500 I'd be all over it. Damn, I'd just stopped gassing for it and now its bubbling up again.

Omg I just read some horror stories on bad shipping on Hahn guitars. The guy ordered two 3000 dollar guitars and they had huge finish cracks.

Yours obviously arrived okay, but did he send it in a gig bag or a hardcase?

I ordered mine with a gig bag and now I’m a bit nervous. o_O I never bought a guitar by mail with a gig bag before.

Al the Model C guitars ship with a generic gig bag. It was very well packed in a guitar shipping box.

He's still doing way better than the average Gibson shipment to a music store!

Ya I so crazy. I’m worried for nothing.

Welp I’m on day 1 of 8 weeks!
