Just saw the Sweetwater ad. I'm not enthused. Seems to be three different ways to move some P-90 type pickups. I'm just interested in everyone else's thoughts on the matter.
No, I didn't transport the ad or provide the link because, honestly, I don't know how.

From what I can tell they all look like Vintera series with P90. Did I miss anything?

And I'm not seeing anything wrong with this:

The Noventa Telecaster would be exactly my thing. They did all right with a single P90 in the neck position.

But why, why, why did Fender choose a neck with the truss rod adjustment at the heel end. I have no idea. But that's why I'm out.

My only concern is the switch location. And they could have rethought the output jack.
The Strat needs separate volume controls for each pickup.

It’s a different option in the middle of their catalog. I see why they might want to add that.

I adjust relief every 1 or 2 years. With heel adjust it takes me 15 minutes instead of 2. I don't see it as a barrier to buying a guitar I want.

The truss rod adjustment would in no way stop me from buying one. The price tag already did that, because I would have to bust my *** to justify spending even $500 on a guitar. (If things were different, I would be lookin’ HARRRRD at the Noventas...)

They are priced a little bit high. Serious coin for me and serious coin demands serious consideration. I have a triple P-90 guitar and, while I love take her out and play her, the novelty does wear off after a session. It's a Gibson, all mahogany joint, so not much snap.
With all that real estate, a Jazzmaster has plenty of room for a football jack mount. I like the JM tremolo when it's done right.
Move the tone control to the jack area, leave the volume control alone, install intuitive seven way switching and sell it for the price of the Tele (Esquire?) then I'm on board.

Yep - they are priced similarly to the most expensive Vintera models.
