I had an AF75 for a couple of years, but sold it. It was a well made guitar, but I just couldn't bond with the flattened C shaped neck.

I am thoroughly impressed with this budget Ibanez, especially with the impeccable fit and finish of everything. How can a low budget guitar be finished so perfectly?

I quite like the neck on this guitar: more D than C, slightly flattened, but with enough ‘meat’ on it.

Anyway, the finishing touch was a scratch plate and sure-grip knobs. Oh, and do notice the amber pickup selector switch knob! ;-)

Those “antique wood” looking finishes that they’re doing are pretty cool. They have a couple of hollow body basses that have those as well.

I've got one of these that I've stripped of the hardware and electronics. Buffed the finish out just a bit so its sporting a satin sheen instead of flat finish. Have a pair of Tonerider Rebel 90s and a Bigsby for it but haven't had time to put it together.

A friend just got a used AG95 (bubinga I think - gorgeous) and I had it over for some fretwork and setup with heavier strings (PO had skinny-top/heavy bottom roundwounds on it!??). Put some 12-52 half-rounds and played it for hours (through my BCH). Wow. I'm looking around now. Killer box. Going to have to move something out I'm afraid...
